Trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London, chef Pedro Ramos brings with him international experience gained in some of the most renowned restaurants in the world.
Having spent time in countries such as England, Denmark, Australia and Switzerland, he perfected his talent and passion for gastronomy.
Now back in his hometown, Pedro celebrates life and tradition in every dish he creates, offering a unique culinary experience that reflects both his refined technique and his love for Portuguese cuisine.
